Never mind, it runs fine on my desktop. I had it running on a "borrowed" laptop (definitely not my work laptop though - in case the boss is reading this) and it may have been the antivirus or whatever. It was more like 3-5 minutes than 10 though (I was exaggerating in the original post). Thanks all ...

Amazing stuff! Could turns be faster though?

First off, huge kudos to the team - the game is simply amazing; I have not been engrossed so deeply since the Napoleon's Campaigns era. I do have a thought and a question about the AGE engine though. Since it is a "we all go together" kind of turn-based game engine, wouldn't it be possible (in a fut...

Truest of words!

I just tried the army by army activation for the first time. It is also the first time I quit the game because I have to work the next morning rather than have it crash on me.

This is indeed a revelation. No crashes so far for me, after 4 hours of gameplay!

Thanks for posting the advice.

Autosave feature...

Hi, Since we can all agree that while the stabilisation process is going on there will inevitably be the odd crasher here and there, I thought there could be an autosave feature (since saving is quite fast, it is not really intrusive) to save us the trouble of manual saves. The autosave filename cou...

Just a quick thank you note...

The tutorial is excellent and reveals layers of detail that are not immediately apparent even after having read the manual...

Please continue and consider releasing it in a pdf after its completion as I suspect all this information would be handy to have readily available.
