So where do I get? or how do I build? Supply Wagons

I have several divisions and a reserve brigade completely UNsupplied. So I can build a depot with two wagons. Where do I get them? I have extra supplies several regions away but how do I move those wagons from that region to where I need them? Sorry folks but I have looked for these answers in the m...

How do I construct a depot?

I have read that you click on a stack and do SHIFT/D - but what else is involved? I read somewhere and now can not find where I read something about a combination of so many wagons and something else is required? I did look all through the manual, but I didn't search the forums yet. I am wondering i...

How to quickly find a location on the map?

Is there a list of all of the regions and towns and where they are found? Or to click on to bring one to that location immediately. For example, if I wanted to find Port Gibson and didn't know where in the USA to look for it, would I have to simply try to scan the entire map with my mouse to find it...

Thanks to all and especially Pocus..it was all my fault...we were doing PBEM correctly...but somehow my game installation had a couple of directories in the wrong place...most likely from unzipping a patch to the wrong folder....is my face red...Pocus saw the error when I sent a screenshot of my fil...

Thanks, but I guess I would have to say you have been lucky...I am doing EXACTLY WHAT THE MANUAL says and it doesn't work...my host opponent and I are both running the same version, 1.08a, we downloaded into the sub-folder of the name created by the game saves function, and went to the LOAD GAME MEN...

No the ZIP is NOT in the folder...as I said there is only the .trn

No that is not it...I never save the ZIP into the game folder no matter what game I am playing via email. I ALWAYS "EXTRACT" THE ZIP INTO THE game folder. As I stated several back, there is nothing in the game folder but the unzipped .trn file. The information about renaming a file is useful as well...

OK. Now this is REALLY Weird! Have you ACTUALLY TRIED LOADING A PBEM GAME?

Philippe? Have you actually saved a PBEM game into a subfolder AND THEN CHECKED THE LOAD GAME menu option? I completely cleared the "saves" folder and the subfolder under it that I created. Then I re-downloaded the host .trn file...I went to the explorer and checked the folder...there was ONE .trn f...

I did all of that...

I did all of that...there is ONLY one subdirectory that I made...that subdirectory has ONLY the unzipped .trn sent my my host. The host emphasized to me that I should NOT end the turn so I presume that he followed his own advice. And I have NOT started any new game against the AI or a tutorial...in ...

It is slightly more than "sorting" generals by rank

The contradicion in the text with the screen view is that the text tells you to: "click on any general and then on rank"...I clicked on Sherman's rank in Sherman's entry and the screen simply changed to put the generals on the roster for the tutorial game in order...I finally realized that the text ...

Can not read the pdf manual from START MENU CHOICE

I can not read the pdf manual or the illustrated tutorial from the "START/AGEOD menu choices. I CAN read pdfs that I encounter on the internet. I uninstalled and re-installed ADOBE READER and still can not access any of the pdf documents from the START menu items. I CAN read the pdf for the manual f...

Just tried the config utility...you guys know your stuff!

The fonts were already set to 96 dpi so that isn't it...I did change the display setting to 1024 X 768 depth 16, Freq. 70 and now I get the whole main screen with space on the sides to spare. Inside the game the map looks OK with the higher resolution and as long as I zoom in I can read the map labe...

The font change sounds promising but I will check out the display setting option first...I didn't even think of the Start menu program function...I just started the game by clicking on the desktop icon and then checked out the options menu...dum-de-dum, dum....GREAT ADVICE...I am going there now...t...

OK...I bought the game. Then I bought $174 worth of RAM to play the game because NWS doesn't advertise RAM requirements. NOW! :siffle: I can't see the entire screen. The menu labels run off of the edge of my monitor. I adjusted the vertical and horizontal position but that didn't correct it. I check...
