With the new patch and the addition of RoE: 100,000 federals in all out attack versus 51,000 rebels in all out defense at level 6 entrenchment yielded a battle result of 72,000 federal casualties. Random Generals and Game Balance

Will randomizing general stats affect game balance? I'm not sure if there is true randomization for general stats, or if some generals are merely "switched" (i.e. Lee gets Longstreet's stats). I know that the confederates rely to a large extent on their superior leadership, and I'm worried that true...
