Gabor Negotiations

Just finished up February 1622 and been playing the negotiation card for Gabor but he still is roaming around Central Germany and eastern Bavaria and beyond. Am I just the unluckiest bastard that has played this game or is there something wrong here. I could see going 5 or 6 turns but this many?

Have to have sound card?

Apparently my sound card crapped out and my computer crashed. Had to do a reinstall of Win10. Have reinstall all my games and all the AGEOD games installed just fine but I've tried Rise of Prussia Gold and Espana 36 but I get an error message when starting both. One message is in French and the othe...

So I've started/played 4 games in a row where KY has seceded. Does all the above mathy stuff mean I'm just unlucky or that even the good electronic citizens of digitized Kentucky know how bad of a Union player I am and just know where their best interests lie

Most of the recommendations I've seen say recruit in divisions. Now I think you can get a lot of discussion on what the best make up of a division is but whatever you settle on recruit a division at a time.

Good luck to you. I went through it about 6 years ago. Not a pleasant experience but as long as no one was hurt and your insurance was good you'll come out okay. We actually ended up with a nicer house and furnishings when it was all said and done but not the recommended way to remodel and redecorate.

Right now it's me slowing the process :o Just got a pre-beta executable and some bug fixes. I have to recompile all scenarios to accomodate the fixes, then submit data package to Hok to prep the patch. Not much anyone can do to help, as extra hands just cause confusion during this part of the proce...

I play the Union because I grew up in Illinois even though I live in Texas now. If you go to the database of those who served in the ACW you will find Nelms who fought for both sides though there were a lot more that fought for the Confederacy. Even saw mention of a CSS Nelms gunboat somewhere one t...

American Civil War Gaming Club adds the game

Just wanted to drop you all a note letting you know that the American Civil War Gaming club has just decided to add this game to those approved for play. The club has only played the Talonsoft and HPS games up to now but just voted to add this game and Matrix's Forge of Freedom game. If anyone is in...
