I am still having issues with this........ Ok, I can get my head round an enemy moving through and beyond a fortified region that doesn't have an army there too. But through a region where you have an army? If I win the battle the advancing enemy army retreats to where he has come from, if he wins, ...
While you are looking at this save have a look at some of my population behaviour. I have noticed it in probably one region per game. In this save look in the region of Isara. Every time I move the pop that is currently in infrastructure into culture, when I run the turn he is back in infrastructure...
I don't think the trade mod has worked very well Pocus. I have a region that is importing cattle from a neutral region that is 3 regions distant. I produce it in the next region though......... It isn't getting sourced from here at a distance of 1, but from a distance of 3.
Playing as Britonae. I have just taken the option to add a feast, which gives 5 loyalty for 12 turns. I already had this in play, it was running out that turn, so I thought I would set the next one going to replace it. When I ran the turn the old one had finished as the 12 turns were up, but the new...
Not sure if this has been reported before.... The last three times that I have taken the option to sell slaves I have received the money for them, but the total of slaves as given in my nation overview section has stayed the same, it hasn't gone down each time, it looks like it is stuck on 116..... ...
Just started a new game with the two mods that Pocus posted on the Slitherine board. The gold tooltip now does what it says No more loss of money every other turn You can now believe what the tooltip says Thanks Pocus
Just seen a different problem with these trade deals. They are definitely the cause of the huge monetary swings you see. One of my regions is paying 9 for cattle as a missing trade good. Yet it is available in the next region. Why aren't I trading with my next region?
Thanks for posting that  I still think it needs changing though. If you have loads of foreign sources then the odds of you doing a cheap trade, one where you make money and trade with yourself, gets less. Aren't the number of your own friendly sources factored in too? I also still think th...
Playing as Britonae. My region of Ituna, Caledonia, is importing iron from Asturia. I am paying full whack for this to another country and it is getting shipped to me. My region next door to Itunae has iron as a trade good. Why aren't I getting my iron from here? It would be cheaper and easier. Astu...
I am seeing occaisonally that a region has enough infrastructure and is building a structure, but the building isn't completed.... See in this save, playing as Britonae. Region of Sabrina. I am building a shrine structure, cost 100, I have 107 in the region and the building isn't completed.
If that is the case, then shouldn't the tooltip reflect this? It should be factored into the regional commerce total. The player needs to see what is going on. Perhaps the tooltip should show the last turns income from commerce? I have abandoned that game and started again as I was losing money ever...
Have watched this now for several turns. Bit of a pattern. Every other turn I am losing 1000-1300 ish from my money stockpile, money that I already have. This loss is not accounted for in the tooltip, I am not spending it on decisions/options, no new national modifiers that alter income... Where is ...
I have been trying to ignore what is happening, but can't any longer....... The money income total/tooltip is powered by witchcraft........ Or that's what it looks like to me. I have tried to ignore it each turn, only tweaking pop if it is showing a large negative income. I can't any more, I need so...
"...a bit odd". In my game as Britonae, about 170 turns in Rome became a client state of Macedonia..... Rome was way ahead of me, in second place, and Macedonia was down lower still. Several turns later and Rome has ceased to exist, it has been absorbed into the Macedonian empire. Doesn't ...
Just used the crop festival in my latest game as Britonae, new game with the latest patch. No culture was received by the region. It is meant to give 5, the region only has 2 though......... Save attached, look at the region of Itunae.
Playing as Rome with the latest patch. Not sure if this has been mentioned before..... I thought my legions had suddenly got cheap to build. The cost in the build panel is showing as 114 and it looks like that is what they will always cost. They don't though, the panel doesn't have enough room for t...
Definitely not working for Rome. Playing a new game with the latest patch, my last 3 leaders have been 0-0. My military expertise is 4.62. I have 3 leaders that have a 2 rating out of 15, and they are all 2 for defence.... I can't be really unlucky all the time as Rome, and really lucky all the time...
Part of the problem might be my version...... I only have a beta version and a key number that tamas said would be Ok. I would like to play with the latest version, but shall try the last public beta that Nikel suggested for now and see if it works
Is there any chance that someone can fix the download link for the AGEOD version of this patch? The only one I can download is the Matrix one and when I run it it says I don't have WoS installed on my computer, so it won't patch :non: Am in need of an old AGEOD gaming fix in the current climate. But...
Just counted my leaders as Britonae. I have 27 of which 22 have a 2 modifier....... It looks to me like it is working too well for Britonae and not well enough when I last played as Rome.......
It looks like it isn't working for Rome. When I last played as Rome I had very few leaders get a 2 rating, despite several acadamies, military rating over 4, etc. In my new game as Britonae I have one acadamie and my military ratio is just under 4, just over 3.5, and nearly all my new leaders are co...
I am 135 turns in playing as Britonae and have just noticed that I can no longer build war chariots...... They don't appear in my build lists anymore..... I have improved medium cavalry so far, but was not able to improve the heavy cavalry when the option arrived, lacked a building. Is the disappear...
I don't think this bonus to leaders is working.... New game, I have my military buildings above 4, have done for a while. Three acadamies again, should be a plus 3 on leader quality. My last three leaders have been, 0-1, 1-0 and 1-1........... There looks to be no improvement on leader stats what so...
When a new pop is added you only have up to the amount produced each turn left, if you come under siege in that turn you are in trouble..... If you get a new pop added by the "admirable healthcare event", then it looks like food stockpile is reduced to zero.
Playing as Rome I have built a Physicians house, then upgraded it to a hospital. I then upgraded again to the Great Hospital, I have also built Medical school , all in the same region. I now have Physicians House in the available to build options for this same region..........
