Hey guy! So I found out that for whatever reason, the .exe is hiding as a .txt! Go look in the EAW_ULT folder and you'll find an EAW.txt, what I did was rename that "EAW_ULT.exe" and then brought it out of the EAW_ULT folder and into the main folder. It starts up the game, so I assume I did somethi...

Looks like he has a 317 power division attached to him, though. Not just the supply train.

I'm thinking of starting down the path of modding. The Devs have mentioned that his might be considered van guard for changes brought into the game. In order to do this, I'd need support from you (all of you, every last one, absolutely no exceptions at all, nope) for testing, suggestions and ideas....

General issues that I pointed out were included. To Hit coefficient wasn't changed but cohesion was. If that doesn't work, then they will reduce to hit coefficient. General concepts concerning Pressburg were incorporated and the supply issue for French units in Austria after peace were addressed. S...

Develop Territory. WAD?

The game says developing territory increases loyalty in a region by 10%. I've used the card a couple of dozen times as Prussia, but it has not once increased loyalty. Is that a bug? Or am I missing something?

Thanks, really enjoying this game so far.

Hi! When I hit "Proceed to next turn" the turn starts resolving but then I get an error box telling me a critical error has occured. Does anyone have the latest stable/working version of Struggle for a Vast future?

I love the work of Clovis, but I can't get the version for 1.15 to work. I've got an older version for 1.10d. Is there any stable working version of SVF for any later patches? The 2.0 beta would be wonderful if anyone has it.

Is a free download of this game available anywhere?

I purchased this game in 2007, but have since changed computers and no longer have the download file. I have the original email with the serial code, but I can't find anywhere to download the game, as the link in the original email no longer works. I wanted the original version so I can upgrade to 1...

Going back to the later versions of the AACW1, I always found that on my normal settings (Medium assistance FOW, +1 activation, give AI more time, Sergeant level), the Union AI would do the exact same thing in the East...the NE Virginia army would head straight to Richmond via Fredericksburg, supply...

I very much like the new look. I always disliked the elaborate "period" borders around the edges of the screen because of the amount of map they concealed. The new minimalist borders work much better for what, after all, is a wargame, not a picture book. Ditto for the smaller portraits of the leade...

I've been playing this game for a long time, and I love it, but ultimately I find it unplayable these because of the CSA AI's obsession with Pickens, Monroe, invading the North, etc., and the USA's bad habit of just marching single divisions behind my lines in the middle of winter to starve or get w...
