During the course of my games I have seen this as well, as one unit of American Militiamen sometimes toss over a thousand British regulars out on their rears. I noticed that it only occurs, however, when I set the British to 'Passive'.

The game does look beautiful, but...it's not at all what I wanted. Vainglory can't come fast enough.

I will definitely buy Empire Total War...but the game I am really longing for is Vainglory. :) It's kind of shame that they are charging so much for flavor units, but in a game with a metric ton of 3D graphical assets, it's probably the only way they could justify the creation of very specific units...

I did move around the boxes, but could not find the configuration screen. If it was hiding...it was hiding too well for me to uncover.

Hopefully the fact that I cancelled installation did *not* screw it up. It seems to run fine now, but....who knows what may happen in the future?

Unfortunately, (although I did not mention it) I did try what you suggested, and deleted the Wars in America folder before reinstallation.

I will wait for the patch.
