i have been waiting for this game for a long time and am a definate customer when it does get released. I can wait, if it means that it is released in a fit to play state from the off, unlike the ww1 game.

Can we have an assurance from ageod that this game will be fit for purpose on release

the british navy if it intervened early in the war would have been to much for the us, your assumption that it would have struggled is based on the fact that the us navy could develop historically as it did, but that would not happen had the royal navy stepped in early, indeed the british would have...

got to agree, i would have thought that most people who know this company realize that the game will develop and problems ironed out over time, some people enjoy helping with the glitches etc

for this reason i will not buy the game till the boxed version is out and a few patches have been done

the problem for russia is not without but within, just pulling back and waiting does not negate the social and political problems, always the problem is when does the revolution happen, does a defensive attitude delay or hasten the the uprisings indeed how does the game handle the russian revolution...

would it not be possible for naval units to bombard fixed assets or cities accruing victory points for such actions depending on the target, i mean the csa navy being able to sneak a ironclad up to NY and losing of a few rounds would surely be worth a few vp, it would also force the fed to spend mon...

A-H has to be my choice aswell. As, imo the biggest loser in the war, the challenge of trying to hold together its empire, fighting on 3 fronts, russia, serbia and italy and trying to help the germans would i believe give so much quality playing time.
