coming to our favourite topic :innocent: - you can add a brigade to a 1-star leader. not clear to me whether is any advantage in doing that (not a save in Command Points it seems) - piling up brigades with a division HQ you get a division. fine. you can then add a 1-star commander. is there any adva...

and how the system allocates these replacements points at the end of every turn?
it seems that units under 'passive' status get preferential allocation, but are there any other rules for allocation?
being suplpied? closer to major cities?
