1.03 Missouri loyalty events

1.03 release fixed Kentucky's loyalty changing over multiple turns but the same problem seems to still be affecting Missouri's loyalty (ie changes over multiple turns) -- Have a save if needed.

It seems after the USA Invades event activates that Kentucky's loyalty shifts by 15% per turn for at least four turns..... Is this WAD???

The Kentucky events seem to not be checking if the other events have fired as it appears they should be (ie Confederates invade should disable the USA invades event and visa versa) . I got a message that I lost the VPs in early Sept 62 with the brigades present. The Sioux didn't last long though.

Next game and this time I have three regular inf brigades (Iowa) in the great plains and yet the turn after the Sioux uprising I still lost 25 vp.

I have at least 51% military control in over half the states in question and loyalty continues to fall. Do militia units count for local martial law?

Sioux uprising event - possible bug

I just got the Sioux uprising event and it states that I must send three brigades to the great plains or lose 25 VP. I have the locked garrison and two additional militia units there and yet the next turn I still lost 25 VP

Yes to both. I placed Ky under martial law from the loyalties screen and my ave support went from 7% to 0%. Is there a min size for local martial law to have an effect?
