1) I don't think the problem is scrolling speed, but more like the "Delay" when you brush to the edge of the screen. Is there an easy way to move units that you want to group out of a city? For example in one tab I have a general and one regiment. In another tab I have a ranger team. I noticed on the map there are sometimes tiny flashing boxes with a number in them, usually 1. What do these mean? I'm new to the game and have not found this described in the instructions.
