Research

Just completely understood Bimetallic cans. Hit F7 and have to scroll through eons worth of discovered tech before I find the benefits of this progression. Is there an easier way without all that scrolling?

Minus Inflation

Playing as Ottomans and it's 1861. My inflation rose to 2%. I played a reduce inflation by 5% card expecting it to reduce to 0%. Next turn inflation changed to Minus 3%. I have never seen minus inflation in this game before. Is it bad?

Italy

Just started an 1880 start multiplayer as Italy. First thing I noticed is Italy has no coal resource in any of its home regions. An essential commodity in this game. Appreciate I can trade for it but would have preferred to own a supply. However I noted I still have a coal mine in the north of Italy...

Multiplayer

I have question re the multiplayer game and survivability. My impression is that most factions contain 2 or 3 regions. In a game of 500 turns that could result in alot of the participating players taking an early bath when some factions start to gain ascendancy. Has this aspect been play tested?

I think this needs reconsideration as the game description and appeal is that it is realistic historical play and having Dreadnoughts appearing in 1865 is not realistic. I bought the game to enjoy the limited parameters which differentiate it from other unrealistic historical games like when a Pruss...

Is there any chance of a patch for this issue as it is very labour intensive having contantly fix each ship anytime it upgrades incorrectly? And Dreadnoughts opposing wooden sail ships for major powers is just wrong.
