I thought that only Military Control mattered. Is that just to trace supply through a region? Do you have to have the highest Loyalty to use city structures?

Re: Sons of War (RUS Gold Mod)

I have a question about the Imperial Gold Train . While playing the grand campaign by PBEM, the Reds held Kazan and repaired the Imperial Gold Train while the Eastern Whites had cut off all exits from the city and besieged them. In the early October turn, the train spawned in Moscow and gave the Red...

Yes, I figured it must be a mistake. We'll just do a ForceEvent in the console to fix the game. Thanks for looking at it. :hat:

Creation of the Confederation of the Rhine

The Confederation of the Rhine can be created starting in 1806/01/01 with the evt_nam_CMN_ConfederationRhine1806 event. However, the victory points, diplomatic relations, and resources are allotted by the evt_nam_RHC_RhineConfederacy event, which has a 100% chance of firing after evt_nam_CMN_Confede...

Repetition: This would have an effect on the Draft RGD in the sense that you can't draft in an area with a loyalty under 50, and this RGD lowers loyalty in a region by 20. However, as others said, the number of conscripts is fixed at 300 every time you use it.

Has anyone been able to get the mod to work with 64-bit Windows 10? When I try to run the modded executable, I am missing DLLs, but when I try to install them, I get errors saying that they aren't compatible with the operating system.

I can't get this mod to work. It seems to prevent the AI from playing any nation, and the war can't start. Also, everyone has zero morale and no capital. I was able to get the similar mods to work for Pride of Nations and Wars of Napoleon , but not for To End All Wars . Perhaps there is something di...

Thanks for answering, and I was afraid that that was the answer. I understand why it has to be like that so that players can't get around critical treaties, so I'm not complaining. I did, however, manage to find a brute-force method that relies on editing the DPL files in the Diplomacy directory, te...

Removing peace treaties

In a current PBEM game, one of the players mistakenly agreed to a white peace, thinking that a peace treaty wouldn't keep his country out of a Coalition War. The other players have agreed that the peace treaty can be removed since it was based on a misunderstanding. However, we can't find a way to d...

I am a new player of Civil War II, only about 16 hours logged, and I am playing the Shiloh scenario as both the USA and CSA to get a feel for it. I have noticed that only the CSA gets Regional Decisions, and the USA gets none. Also, the CSA gets both the "Copperhead" and "Unionist&quo...

Looking through the Wars of Succession manual, the unit filters aren't mentioned in the "Shortcut Keys" section. They are also missing from most manuals although they are included in every AGEod game. That seems strange for such a useful feature.

It sounds like you need to use the unit filter keys.

The only thing that I really agree with him on is that Wars of Succession is not a good introduction to AGEod games for beginners. I always recommend Alea Jacta Est when people ask for a first game. Wars in America 2 is even better, but it isn't on Steam.

Why is the desktop icon of Wars of Succession a statue of Athena?
