I uninstalled the latest ATI drivers and installed the Omega drivers with the same results as above.

My card/drivers work perfectly with all of my games (100 or so...) so I wasn't holding out hope for the Omega route.

Can i receive a refund for the game?

Hey again Pocus, I know you're getting swamped so I thought I'd post here too. I sent an email back to you this weekend. The tweak allows the game to start but I still end up with the same error occurring while scrolling the map. It's with random regions though... I downloaded the game and re-instal...

I receive the following error when loading the game at the 50% level. I have tried re-installing a number of times and running at differing resolutions and windowed/fullscreen to no avail:
