I agreed as I have Austrian morale at 3 and they only gain 1 VP per turn. Whereas the France gains lots of VPs for occupation, so I would have expected the AI to try and get a peace agreement. Howver AI only offers a couple of useless regions and wont accept any offer even when the war score is over...
