autorisation prob with windows 10

autorisation problem, the prog couldn't write in file: need to give total control...

critical error after upgrading to windows 10 scenario "1861 The civil war"

when I press the Next turn arrow the first time after a while I see AGE critical error message, send the log file ...etc...etc Saves files empty!!!!What to do?
