Re: Victory in the East

Working on this...

Push to get Russian NM below 75: 2 nasty decisions will then apply. The Tsar takes command resulting in a bad GHQ and worse, Rasputin comes resulting in more loss of more NM and increased chance of Rebellion.

In CW2, Cardinal Ape answered this question and said, "I'm not sure of the mechanics off-hand. The only time I've ever really used it is when I thought someone was going to assault a small garrison for the purpose of milking promotions for their commanders."

Re: Storming the Ramparts

Well, I did some digging and here is what I came up with for a killer siege force; I think all the below will stack. Please add to this list or point out any flaws. Pioneer brigade - provides 1 point siege bonus Engineer brigade - provides 1 point siege bonus Engineer trait - provides 1 point siege ...

It's good to see you back, and thanks Cardinal Ape. That's one reason I never though of.

Re: Cash Flow for Carthage

Trade from the Mare Internum Commercius has a variable income depending on the number of transport ships in the region. 20 or less ships earns 200$, 21 to 50 will earn 300$, 51 or more will earn 500$. I had read elsewhere that it is not possible, in fact, for the Carthaginian player to augment sea ...

That's a lot of good tips! But I was wondering if this "Never have armies in adjacent areas; they will not MTSG and support each other" is really true? I'm pretty sure that my neighboring army stacks have been helping each other in attack and in defence. Pantsukki, I have been keying an e...

Raider Success in the Atlantic

Will merchant ships sunk by surface ships in the Atlantic Shipping Box shift America’s stance like U-boats do?

The event messages seem to indicate this does happen. But upon a closer look, the alingment don't seem to actually move towards the Allies.

Re: Vanishing into the Blue

Re: Idiots to the Fore

It was pointed out that my 2-1-1s may of been subordinate to a leader who's poor qualities were lowering the initiative of officers in his command. So I tested this idea by replacing my Western C in C in an on going game. Boy did I really screwed up. I was sure the new commander had a higher rank, t...
