Ah, I see. Maybe the tooltip only shows for the nation that is sending the treaty? Otherwise, I might just be missing it somehow. Thanks for the help! :)

Commercial Agreement

Simple question: What does this do? The UK is offering it to me, what are the effects from accepting it?

Correct me if I am mistaken, but I do not think there is any tooltip that explains this. Nor is it mentioned in the manual.

I'm sorry, but there is too much in this post that just doesn't add up. First of all, the release weeks are not "wasted." A lot of us have had fun, we've found problems with a VERY complicated game that the devs are going to fix, tomorrow, I think I saw in another thread...less than two weeks after...

The release version is unpolished and very rough in a lot of places. Is it unplayable? No. Does it have a lot of potential? Yes, of course. Should games be sold on potential alone? No, not really. I look forward to this game becoming more polished and more enjoyable, but it is sad to see the release...
