So many PBeM companies that I run across are inactive or poorly run. For instance, I have been trying to get a set-up for Hyborian War for months with no luck.

What are some of the best PBeM games and PBeM companies out there?

There was an old PBM game called Swords of the Gods run by Reality Simulations. Did anyone else ever play this game?
