I am talking about Primorie region, it is just influenced by China.

Playing Russia and on Far East China has "influenced territories" I got my CP to 35 (but China has more), I can get my MC to 75 (but no more unfortunatelly no matter how many troops I throw. I even have a loyalty 77 vs 23, but region is not getting transferred to me so I cannot raise CP above 35! Pl...
