I have a dull question After installation of the patch where is a new folder ("Civil War II") in the main one. Should I transfer files from this folder to the corresponding ones in the main folder?

I enjoy this great game But could designers restore the coloring of mini-map in the left lower coner? As for me, this feature was very usefull in the first version AACW. Correct me if I am not wright
