This is not in the right thread, but what decides or how can I effect the power rating for the brigades I recruit, for example some have a 256 rating with a lot more regiments and others have 62 with two or three regiments?

Helps a lot thanks! May be stupid question. But to get supplies from lets say from a overstocked city in the south to Virginia do I need to manually move wagons to that city to load and back north?

Thanks, that helps a lot. I was beginning to think Lee had no purpose if he fixed and I cant promote him. I have another one now. Divisions are now available. I made two with Longstreet and Jackson. Is there a reason a cant promote another division commander?

Thanks

Promotion, Form new Army.

I am new to this game but have read the manual and the tutorials. I am wondering why General Lee is Fixed in Virginia? Why can't I form a new army with him? If so how can I fix this. :bonk:

Thanks
