Portraits for Dummies :bonk:
Can someone more tech savvy please write a simple numerical step process for getting all the portraits into the graphics file (particularly the missing ones).

Also repeating the above the can someone report the file with all the portraits updates?

PON PBEM

We are playing a 14 player pbem game.
The game is in the early stages.
We have lost our Spanish player and need a replacement.
Spain is doing quite well (however if a player wants we could look at a nation swap).

Phil,

the bug has come back to bite us. Austria took Warsaw and got a 125NM boot putting Austria on 188NM!
We tried the fix you gave our tech officer but it didn't work :crying:

The Def works failures occurs every single turn, so it makes no difference which hst file I upload'

Ok another turn and another 100% failure rate.
See attached chart, all requirements met yet 100% no result.
This is occurring with several PBEM players.
So can we please have an answer is this a bug?
Or is there something else going on?

Our Tech officer still hasn't implemented this yet. When he does I will let you know how it went.
This definitely needs to be in the next patch!

ok as you can see by the chart attached, 14 Def work requested with 100% failure rate all with 100% military control, required garrison and no enemy present.
So what is going on?

Pocus, No we have already investigated the list you have above. Always above 25% MC and usually sufficiently (stationary) units in the province. Most of these Def works orders occur in rear echelon areas so there is not really many cases of moving units or enemy present. If you look at the last atta...

No the loyalty was never at the max in any of the target regions.

Loyalties varied between 50% and 95% and do not change after the failed notice.

We are in Jun1808 PBEM. For the last 8 months France, Turkey and Spain have the log notifying the player that most (all?) def work requests have been unsuccessful. This occurs "every" turn. I have checked the loyalty factors in the requested provinces and know the log messages are accurate...

Yes we are aware of the low rank risk in leader fatalities.
Well being Turkey he has certainly had his share of adverse battle results.

I was just wondering if there was any feedback from other pbem games 3 years in. That way be could gauge if something was amiss or it was just bad luck.
