It is mid-1886 and I am still playing the Scramble for Africa scenario as Great Britain. Germany managed to declare protectorate status in Mombasa and Dar Es Salaam while I was busy elsewhere. You probably need to recruit replacements. Look at the F3 screen, bottom right - the Replacement Pool. You recruit replacements there for each unit type - infantry, cavalry, etc. If you see red numbers over any of the unit counters, that means you need replacements for that type of unit. Mouse over...
