Command Posture Icons not being displayed

I just purchased the Thirty Years War and immediately upgraded to v.101. I've noticed that the command posture icons are not displayed to the left of the unit screen. This appears to be true in for both sides in all the scenarios, including the tutorial. Any ideas as to what the problem is?

"Swords Around a Throne" from the tiltle of John Etling's famous book about Napoleon's Grande Armee would make a good ti...

I tried to buy The Birth of Rome at the sale price of $15.99, but at check-out the price was $18.99, so I held off. Could you tell me how to get around this? Thanks.
