Im trying to stop Karls advance into Poland by having an army in Danzig. However this seems impossible as the swedes just do an almost unopposed landing there, despite fort guns and nearby army. Is it even possible?

Transport ship issues in the Severus scenario. Either the boats takes extreme detours or they do not move at all since it take "9999" days to do it. Me and another player have the same issues in PBEM against each other.
I often wonder why I have certain crashes in more obscure games. Could it be that games are language sensitive when it comes to the operating system it runs on? I run a norwegian version of W7.
Tried the campaign game again and it crashed at the same location. Is there a way to upload the savegame files? I get an invalid file message when trying to upload here.
Ok, I can report something weird; I just deleted all savegames, including the ones left by the designer, and suddenly the replacement thing worked as normal, also clicking events and activating them worked as normal.
Could you explain exactly, maybe with a picture, how you do this? I managed to buy new replacements on turn 1 by avoiding hovering the mouse over the nato symbol, but on turn 2 and ownwards I could not get it to work again.
So since I cant replace losses from the production center screen but I can see losees replace automatically over a long period of time and trough events, is this a feature or a bug?
I want to know before I venture on the long campaign.
