Yes it is. Depending on the options you select to start a game (attrition), if an event was triggered, or if you recently upgraded technology you will have troops at low strength.

Very interesting! I did most of the leader pictures for the original release, if you want I can show you a tutorial for getting the same effect (deals with layering, resulting in the image of the general picking up the background colour).

1 month or 2 week turns?

Hi there, I am working on a mod for PoN and have a querry.. I was trying to have a dynamic system where the game is 'regularly' on a 1 month turn basis, until the human player enters war, then the system changes to 2 week turns. However, this causes errors in the time-space-continuum and won't work....
