Thank you all for your help. Since I was planning on installing the mods, I'll try it with the current 1.11 rc2 and see if anything goes wrong.
The thing is, with the current 1.11 rc2, the game tells me that I have the latest version. Is there any real difference between rc2 and 1.11?
