Please find the .hst-file and two main logs and their corresponding Western Entente order files attached. The start screen states that my version is 1.03.1 (Steam). We're playing a PBEM game.

Blockade?

Do submarines count for the blockade level check? It's late April 1915 now, and I enacted the Neutrals blockade about at the time it was available. Yet the blockade counter in the Med is still at 1, despite me keeping well over 25 warship/submarine elements there from ~September 1914 onwards.

I started the regular grand campaign, date is currently ~April 1915 and NM is around 97.

Why are Russian Supply Train replacements hideously expensive (in WS)?

In my current game Eastern Entente's inflation is currently 5 %, and a new Supply Train unit costs 158 money, 50 manpower and 30 war supply, while a replacement part costs 94 money, 16 mp and 119(!!) war supply. Why is the war supply cost for replacements so high? Given the shortage of WS as Russia,...

German naval raiders

What's the best way to use the raider ships that Germany starts with? IIRC I've read somewhere that they can raid while being in the sea zones, but if left there (even with green/green and avoid orders) they seem to always get easily caught by the Entente and sunk.

The problem isn't units on map but rather the Hungarian infantry divisions that are still available for recruitment. They lost one infantry brigade with the tech upgrade.

At some point my OHL was garrisoning Brussels with lots of reserve infantry, and von Falkenhayn was helping neighboring provinces under attack with his troops.

That's a lot of good tips! But I was wondering if this "Never have armies in adjacent areas; they will not MTSG and support each other" is really true? I'm pretty sure that my neighboring army stacks have been helping each other in attack and in defence.

Well now the poor Hungarians only have one infantry brigade as they started with 2, like all line infantry.

Any idea why the "tracking" for the already built units went wrong with the tech advance?

Editing NM?

I was wondering if there's an easy way of editing NM in a saved game? The idiotic AI keeps attacking and suffering massive NM losses, which in turn makes it even harder for it to win the next battle. Also my NM is currently at 144, so sudden death is very near.

Pioneers, engineers and heavy artillery all have the siege trait (I forget the exact name of the trait). Am I correct in assuming that the bonus from the trait doesn't stack? Thanks for the response Altaris! At least one of the divisions (Breslau?) has a commander, seems a waste to have him locked for the whole game.

That's odd, my game is currently in September 1915 and all of the extra divisions remain stubbornly locked. My previous game went into the late 1916's, and then they also remained permanently static.

German locked "city" divisions?

Certain German cities (Strasbourg, Breslau etc.) have locked infantry divisions named after the cities with supply units inside them. I was wondering if these will ever become unlocked, perhaps with some events? Or are they stuck as extra garrisons unless someone attacks them?

I was wondering if it's possible to combine buys from different sources? I bought EAW from Steam, but currently the DLC isn't on offer there anymore while it is on AGEOD's webshop. If I bought Breaking The Deadlock from AGEOD directly, would it work with my Steam-version main game?

The order was unavailable regardless of fleet composition. Some of them had heavy ships and some not.

I started a new grand campaign as the Western Entente, and it seems that I can't give any of my fleets the intercept order. The button is inactive and the text red. The tooltip says that the fleet "has no combat ship squadrons", even when the fleet has nothing but combat ships! Am I missin...
