I like to be given the same set of historical dilemmas and see how I can an improve or even change the outcome.

I really don't care for games that are set in a historical period/theme but have no historical/realistic decision making - tradeoff process to consider (i.e. HOI or EUII).

Just a suggestion to build upon the great ones in this thread. How about incorporating some sort of "orders delay" or "orders penalty" when plotting and re-plotting moves.
