Just tried with my Desktop computer (the previous computer was a laptop) and it is coming up with the same error with the sound off. Just thought I'd see what would happen since I was there on the computer at the time. Not a big problem for me at all.

I have verified that it crashes with the sound on with my laptop. If I make the change in the ini file to 1, the game opens without problem. If I change it to 0, I receive the error at start-up. I'm fine with leaving the sound on. Thanks for the help and great job with the game.

I have 25 files. 22 mp3s, 2 wave files and an ini file.

I didn't think of this before but I was disabling the sound on the options menu page. Could that be the problem? I can always leave it enabled if it is.
