1. The Mexican War.

French Invervention in Mexico? I believe that AACW1 had that.

EDIT: Not as a scenario, though.

I have never gotten a foreign intervention without changing some of the files. So I'd say that's pretty neat.

I think it's like 1 or 2 months. I'm not exactly sure, because I usually don't realise it. Lemme explain: I will start building an ironclad in Jan. 1862, forget about it, and then 5 months later come across it and use it, although I could've used it in March. Anyways, I'm not exactly sure, but I thi...

Ilitarist: (too lazy to quote) Every game technically uses the same engine, but it's modified. Like AACW uses a very complex engine that runs slower than BOA. BOA is a lightweight version of AACW. So, despite using the same engine, BOA runs faster because it has less features and a smaller map.

Thank you

I have to agree to what you said above. AGE games run terribly slowly (except for BIA) and it makes them nearly unbearable. I have like 98GB open on my hard drive and like 4GB in my disk drive (whatever you call that :P).

The Best Year for the Confederate's

ummmm .. sounds like Cold Harbor :non: Yeah, it was devastating for them. After winning, their morale went down like 5nm and mine went up 4 :w00t: And, plus, they had three armies in VA, but I had sent some raiders and Johnston's army to wreck havoc in the Shenedoah, so PGT easily went over and too...

Let's see: I had PGT in Manassas and he was at lvl4 entrenchment and had like 800pwr. The next turn, the Union sent an army against PGT, which was now lvl5 entrenchment with some reinforcements, so he now had 850pwr. Then the Union attacked. It was like suicide. I outnumbered them 2-1 and was entren...

One thing you need to look at is the casualty reports as well. If Grant took it with 1200 casualties and you had 500, I wouldn't be surprised. He held a 3-1 advantage and even if he had 25% more casualties than you, he still would've been able to take the fort. Though it's troubling to hear of Athen...
