Can't start any scenario

I have this game on Steam. When I start it up I get a message about saving a special product key to clipboard. I do this. Then I try to select a scenario. I pick the side and nothing happens. I can't start any scenario. When is the game supposed to ask for the product key?

My first two choices weren't on the list. 1) The English Civil War / British Civil Wars of the mid-17th Century 2) The War of Spanish Succession / Marlborough's campaigns My other choices - which are on the list are 3) Conquest of the Americas. Maybe a game inspired by the old boardgame Conquistador...

Infantry uniforms

The majority of French and American infantrymen did not carry swords during the American Revolutionary War. I’ve noticed that the game ‘portraits’ of French and American infantry have swords. I’ve modified these portraits by removing them. I’ve added the four new portraits as an attachment (Portrait...

I voted for a 'British Civil Wars' game - but I am also very interested in the Frederick the Great, 30YW and Mexico options.

ECW ... it's unlikely that AGEOD would even consider making it. I would play the royalist side if it was. I would play as the 'Cavaliers' as well. I'm sure that Prince Rupert would have the 'Cavalryman' special ability. Unfortunately Cromwell would probably have that ability as well ... along with ...

[quote="Sol Invictus"]I would certainly enjoy an ECW game using this engine] I’m a military history fanatic as well – which is why I’m interested in the English Civil War. I imagine that the ECW isn’t very well known outside the UK though. I understand that AGEOD may have ‘bigger fish’ to ...

English Civil War game

I think that your ‘game engine’ is great for the American Revolution and American Civil War periods – and so I believe that it would be just as good for an English Civil War (ECW) game. The ECW is very well suited to a regional (counties and major cities) game map – and the loyalty of different regi...

There is a wealth of information about Canadian military history on the ‘Canadian Military Heritage’ website. New sounds for BoA

I’ve put together a collection of alternative musket, close combat, artillery and broadside sounds for Birth of America. The 277.22 KB zip file can be downloaded from here . Just add the new sounds that you like to the ‘Sounds’ folder of your game. They will overwrite the existing sounds – so make c...
