Please, Help with my order

Hello,
I ordered a downloadable copy of Napoleon's Campaigns, but it seemed that something doesn't work.
I didn't receive confirmation email or link and my visa still has its 19.99 €

I would like to play Napoleon's Campaigns, and I know Ageod would like me to buy it :)
